Do you happen to have the current residual/MF for the 2016 Escape Titanium FWD in Southern California (Los Angeles)? Also, are both lease bonus cash (currently $1,750) and customer cash (currently $2,000) both applicable, together on a lease? Thanks!

52% for 36/15 and .25%

The lease cash is for leases and the customer cash is for a purchase, I believe. Cannot be combined.

Using your MSRP and selling price, I get $280/mo before tax.

Ask the dealer what they are using as the adjusted cap cost - if higher than the selling price, find out what's been added.

Turns out dealer was not going to include the 3 payments remaining on Honda CRV lease of $690.
Also his adjusted Cap Cost is 28,346 - but sale price was 25,096. Residual 54% and MF 1.50.
Not sure what the additional costs are to make adjusted cap cost to 28,346. Lease not for me so I wasn't negotiating.

Good for you to walk if the terms weren't to your liking.

Dealers love to say "we'll take care of the payments" then simply add them into the new lease.

Can't tell you if that's the same incentive.

When Infiniti first started up in the '90s, they couldn't figure out how to bill for property tax for my state, so they covered it as well. So, anything is possible.

Would the #s be any different for 301A eqp vs 300A, or for FWD vs AWD or 2.0L vs 1.6L? (On some lincoln MKZ/MKC I was pricing I noticed different #s for AWD vs FWD) making my shopping experience even more difficult... =/ Thanks in advance -Dan

Is it greatly different with the SE ?Also, any idea if they will offer the "repeat lease customer" incentive if my most recent car was leased, but a lemon buyback from ford?
