What are the September numbers for a 2016 Santa Fe Limited AWD w/Ultimate package, in CO, for 12K and 10K lease? Also are there any factory to dealer lease incentives?

Haven't yet seen any September numbers from Hyundai, sorry.
Any Numbers for 2016 Santa Fe SE AWD with premium/ultimate package 36 months, 12k per year in Philadelphia. Thanks
.00032 MF and 595 residual
Thanks! I got quoted 389 with zero down on the above vehicle for 12k 36 months. MSRP Of 37545. Negotiated price with rebates was 31995. My number using your numbers are roughly 100 dollars less?

You have to ask for the CAP cost. If you negotiated that price before telling them you were leasing, it might include incentives that aren't available on a lease.
The CAP cost will tell you how much else is in the deal (acquisition fee, etc).
Please Help. I'm new to the leasing game and want to know if this is a good deal.
2016 Santa Fe Limited FWD. MSRP $36,100 Purchase price $28,200 MF = 0.00198 Residual = 46% of MSRP.
Includes taxes and first months payment.
We have until Monday to accept.
After looking at the other MF on this forum it seems the 0.00198 is high. Our credit rating is 760. Also, the 46% residual seems a lot lower than the normal 56 - 57%. Is this good or not.

.00125 and 56% are the Hyundai Finance numbers for the Limited FWD 36/12.
My guess is that the dealer is using a different bank for this lease, which includes big rebates to bring the selling price down.
With the numbers you provided, I get $411/mo + tax for 36 months.
We'd need to know the selling price without all the 3rd party incentives in order to model a payment using the Hyundai Finance numbers.
I just talked to the dealer and he has said he found another incentive and the Limited is down to $379/mo including taxes. I asked him if they are financing through Hyundai Finance and he said yes.
So the MSRP = $36,100 Sale Price = $27,552 MF = 0.00198 Residual = 46% of MSRP
I'm a newby so forgive me if I'm not asking the dealer the right questions or getting the correct info.

What lease term and how many miles is this for?
Do you know what your credit score is?
I ask because the 48 month MF is .00158, which can be marked up by the dealer for extra profit or marked up based on your credit score.
I talked to a dealer on the phone Saturday and they said the numbers haven't really changed. can you tell me the November Santa Fe MF, residual for Missouri? Limited with ultimate package, AWD
I talked to a dealer on the phone Saturday and they said the numbers haven't really changed. can you tell me the November Santa Fe MF, residual for Missouri? Limited with ultimate package, AWD
Also, is there really no lease cash for the 16' santa fe (non sport) Edmunds shows it for the other models and years just not the new one?

2016 Santa Fe Limited AWD 36/12 (from November) - .00137 and 57%. $3000 lease cash.
Lease cash is a factory to dealer incentive - not sure that Edmunds tracks that information at all.
I just got a 3 year lease price of $370 Month for 36 months and 12K miles on a Hyundai Lease. i dont have all the details behind the price but from what I have read here it seems to be a good deal and I want to verify that its as good as it sound.
The car is a Santa Fe SE All Wheel Drive with the Premium Package. this is with zero down and all Taxes and Fees rolled into the lease.
The lst price according to the Hyundai Website is $36,795. according to Edmunds MSRP where I live should be 36,945 and the True Market value is 35,256 less incentives for $34,756.
Given that data, and the current factors/residuals... how good of a deal is $370 per month ?

We don't have the current December program, but $370/mo. is a pretty good payment for a $37K MSRP vehicle.
Just spoke to someone about an AWD limited with ultimate package and they confirmed the lease cash and MF from November didn't change. .00137 in my case.
I had had a question though. I'm looking at a "service" model that was used as a loaner and has 2000 miles on it. The MSRP is 42,800 and they have a sale price of 37,700. Realistically what can I ask additionally for the facts hat it is a service car? Still looking to lease but for cap cost purposes

I'd say .25-.50 per mile deduct from the price. But, the residual may also be adjusted downward as well.
Sorry for all the questions but I may have an opportunity on a 15' AWD limited with ultimate package, is the MF and residual the same for the 16'?
Sorry, but we didn't get the numbers for Hyundai, this month.
However, it's a virtual certainty that the programs for 2015 and 2016 models will be substantially different.

Was just quote in Miami FL Santa Fe 2.T Ultimate 36/12
MSRP = $37300 Sale Price = $33700 All Fees Rolled in - 2350.00 Rebates: 3000.00 MF = 0.00124 Residual = 54%
Was at 469.00 with tax. Maybe it was me but it seems high from my calculations. Walking out of the dealer they went down to 449.00. and they didn't want to include the Wear and Tear Protection. Still thought it was pretty high. Not sure if i was wrong. I thought there was more room on the selling price of the car. What do you guys think.

Using your MSRP and selling price, that works out to $449.33/mo + tax
So, your quote of $466/mo seems pretty good if it includes tax.
