    Convertible - 60%

    36/15
    Coupe - 57%
    Convertible - 54%

    Standard MF for both -- around 5-6%, we think.

    I was looking to lease a 2016 GT convertible with the performance package, during negotiations I found out what the money factor is for a lease right now. 6.56% for Tier 0 (Yikes) with 56% residual for 3 yr 10.5 miles. I decided to pass and go with a 2016 Range Rover Sport HST. To bad I really wanted to lease to Mustang But Ford refuses to offer lease support. Oh well

    I don't think Ford needs to offer any support, given how popular the Mustang is.

    2.00% APR and 58% residual

    Subtract 1% from residuals for V-6

    At this point is it better to wait for the 2017 model or will there be not much difference in residual to wait? Any advice on what I should do? I'm getting ecoboost premium here in California.

     There really haven't been any great lease deals on the mustang. Not sure that waiting for the new model year will save you any money

    Dealer told me for 2016 mustang gt the MF is .00109 and residual is 53 for 36/15 in new york is that correct?

    Ford has many regional numbers ... and, we don't have the information for NY. So, cannot confirm or deny what the dealer has told you.

    That MF is certainly lower than what it's been for the Mustang recently.

    does AT/MT change the residual %? I had one dealer tell me it does. Also does moving from base to Premium change the %?

    No to both .. the residual number is for the GT coupe. Individual packages or options, or the transmission type, does not alter that.

    Thank you. Does 12,000 per year differ?  Also is 1.50% equal to .00042?  Just seeing if I did the math correctly. 

    Add 2% to the residual for 12K per year.

    Divide the APR % by 2400 to get a decimal money factor - for 1.5%, that works out to .00063

    Is that so the last year of 36months does not really low the residual too much compared to 24months term?

    EcoBoost - 66% and .75%
    GT - 65% and standard MF

    36/10
    EcoBoost - 58% and 1.5%
    GT - 59% and MF

    No rhyme or reason to the residuals, as you can see.

    0.75% APR and 65% residual
    1.50% APR and 57% residual

    No idea on 2017 arrival.

    It's never a great time to lease a Mustang, but this is about as good as the lease program has been.

    Hello....I need help! I am about to lease a 2016 Mustang Ecoboost Premium with performance package and Nav. The MSRP is $36,660 and it's a 36 months lease with 10,000/yr mileage. I'm new to leasing so not sure how to calculate residual based on these number. Thank you.
