Using the sale price as the CAP cost, I get $750/mo.

If I add in $4000 to cover tax, 1st payment, acquisition fee, etc., then about $860/mo.
Ask them for the CAP cost on the $0 out of pocket deal, and have them break it down.. Might be an extra $1000 floating around in there somewhere.

If that is the CAP cost, then I get $750/mo.. not $834.

I'm wondering who is providing that deal... anyone have a guess? The dealer hasn't written back. It looks like most of the other deals here are 39 months.

Fantastic - thank you! So by my calculation, sub-$900 per month with no money out of pocket at signing would be a nice deal on a 36/12 on a well-equipped (S&E, adaptive cruise, etc.) LTZ, factoring in our 9% tax rate.

Would need to know the MSRP and adjusted capitalized cost in order to figure a payment.

MSRP around ~$75K cap cost $66500 (maybe less) wasn't given firm numbers but when I plug the options into the Chevy website I get $75,680 MSRP. With bonus cash, supplier discount, conquest I guess it comes down quite a bit. Do you know what incentives they might be applying? Is there anything available this motnh that I'm not familiar with (that I should be asking for)?

Many incentives may not be compatible with the lease program. Though, some should be.

At $75K MSRP and $66.5K CAP cost, I get $809/mo.+tax

What is residual and money factor etc as well. in NJ. Also what is your guess as to tax, title, etc due at signing and lease payment if that is rolled in. Lastly assume that is rolled in and then subtract out or put down 6k for a trade in. thanks

How does this look?
They started at $940 a month.
I walked out they never called me back.
I went in again got it to $800 but at finance desk they said there is no way to make it work so I left. 2 days later I called a sales manager and he says they are making $100 on the car (lies).

Also I am in georgia so tax is based on entire vehicle value.

The 36/15 lease numbers are .00155 and 56%; extra miles are deducted at .20 per, so a total of either $1950 or $3250 deducted from the 15K residual.

$67,000 * .56 = $37,520

NJ taxes the sum of the payments; the 36/15 payment is about $755/mo (add $50 or $65) to the payment if 18K or 20K miles per year. If the tax rate is 7%, the 15K tax bill works out to $2061. Acquisition fee is $595; don't know the DMV costs or dealer fee.

Lastly, you only want to use the trade equity for the up front costs, not as a cap reduction.
