    Currently evaluating a 39-month lease option for a 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque SE Premium.

    Sticker: $50,540
    Dealer Price: $46,880

    Lease Option:
    $279.00 per month + taxes = $304.11 monthly payment

    $3,995.00 down payment + $795.00 acquisition fee + first month's payment, retailer fees, taxes, tile, and registration fees = about $5,900.00 to take it off the lot

    $0 security deposit

    32,500 miles included; excess miles $0.30/mile

    "Payment based on MSRP of $50,712" (should this be based on the dealer price instead?) with residual value of $29,413.

    Seems like a pretty attractive deal to me; is there something I'm missing?

    That looks like an ad, not an actual offer. The down payment is masking $100/mo on the payment, so closer to $400/mo.

    You can probably negotiate a better price on your own.

    In their "current offers" Land Rover is offering the following for the 2016 Evoque SE Premium: 39month lease; 32,500 miles (seems very low); based on MSRP of $46,670 and residual of $27,069; $3495 due at signing includes $2,291 down, $0deposit, $795 acquisition, 1st months pmt, but EXcludes tt&l; IS that a good deal? What would the MF be on this offer? Thanks!

    32,500 miles is 10K/yr.
    .00009 MF and 58% residual for 39/10.

    The national deal I show is for $3495 upfront and $379/mo, not $409/mo.

    Local dealer advertising $364 per mo for 36/10 and $4,830 down.
    Only info they have on website.

    WOW. So it it dropped from .00001 and 58/57 to that?!?! Good lord. They are never going to lease them at those rates.

    Yep, looks like LR has dropped support on the 2016 Evoque

    .00221 MF for 33/36/39 months for all 2016 Evoques

    Residuals 33/10 36/10 39/10
    HSE - 52% 52% 51%

    Do the rates ever change mid-month? I just got a quote and price sheet from a dealer for a 2016 SE Premium with a residual of 58% and MF of .00016.

    You still showing .00221 and 53% for 2016 SE Premium?

    For 36/12, yes.. that's what we show.

    Could be a 3rd party lease, but I feel sorry for that bank, if so.

    Can you please post 2016 residual and MF in CA for 5 door HSE Dynamic for 12/15 miles yr for 36 mos. Do you think its better to lease a 2017 at this point in the year? Thanks.

    .00224 MF and 48%/46% residual

    The incentives/discounts on the 2016 would have to be massive, to overcome the deficiencies in the lease program, compared to the 2017 model.
