Thanks kyfdx and michaell for all the information you provide. Here is my lease deal. I just bought a 2016 prestige msrp 64173. Lease is 36 months, 15k miles. 2200 drive off. 665/mo incl. tax. Hope this helps someone.

Many models have factory to dealer incentives that are only good for a purchase, and not a lease. (sometimes, the other way around, but not often).

I am now looking at a 39 month lease with nothing down. 15k miles a year. I am quoted:

MSRP: $54533
Sale Price: $52500
Invoice Price: $52366
Incentives: $3000
Payments: 38 PMT LSE = $699+tax / $3000 due LSE = $619+tax
Residual: 49%
MF: .0005

With either payment option, I pay first month lease and taxes. Does this look right?

What is the breakdown of the $3000 due at signing.

Thanks again. They did not provide the cap cost. The incentive was actually $2,925. They had a dealer fee of $653 and an Acquisition fee of $795. I am currently working on the details on another XF for the same terms (Premium).

I walked away from that deal but I had another dealer tell me that the MF on a 39/15 is .00045. How do I negotiate this when they ask me where I am getting the .00028?

You politely but firmly tell them that you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF. They know what the base rate is.

I generally prefer 36 month leases; are 39 month leases on these XFs much more attractive right now?
