Not sure that Toyota offers 10K leases, but if they do, add 1% to the residual.

Thought I'd share info on a lease deal that I just got. Did deal in Maryland, but I'm a Delaware resisdent. 2016 Avalon Touring MSRP $38,110. Sale price $33,037 which includes $500 lease cash. Trade allowance matched payoff. No money down - included, taxes, tags, etc into lease. 36 mos 12k miles/year. $388 per month! I am thinking we got a really nice deal.

Touring: .00001 MF and 53% residual for 36/15.

Don't have either of those regions, but lease cash seems to vary by $500-$1500 in other regions.

We leased a 2016 Avalon XLE Premium last night. The MSRP is $36,990 and we did a term of 3/36. The dealer was located in Bucks County, PA.

We received a dealer discount of $5k plus the $500 rebate, for a total selling price of $31,490. We rolled the fees (bank acquisition fee, dealer doc fee, MV fees) and taxes (We're NJ residents, so 7%) into the net cap cost, and only gave the first month's payment due at signing. We are at $388.xx per month.
