    Cadillac numbers are less reliable than other brands. If we haven't seen them by now, it's unlikely that we'll have them at all for January.

    This looks off to me. What am I missing?

    2016 3.6 ATS AWD Performance, 39 Month lease / 18k miles a year. $1,569 due at signing and $657 a month.

    I live in PA. I asked for the lease sheet but it looks off to me.

    MSRP $51,715
    Price $49,436
    Rebates $3,500 (I have a 2013 ATS)
    MF .00036
    Residual .49%
    Fees/Taxes - $2,438

    Any help is really appreciated!

    I confirm the .00036 MF and 49% residual for 36/15. Extra miles are deducted from the calculated residual at the rate of .20 per mile, or $1950.

    What is the adjusted capitalized cost?

    Taxes on a lease in PA are assessed monthly, so the $2438 number needs to be explained by the dealer to your satisfaction. Also, what does the $1569 at signing cover? Again, get a full breakdown.

    Using the numbers, as-is, gives a payment of $645/mo. This does not take into consideration:

    The rebate
    Taxes
    The charge for the up front miles
