Residual $19,559 - 47%

After calculating I come up with $439/month not including title, paperwork, etc fees, I don't see $2200 worth.

How are you getting this? wow great deal. Best I'm getting is low 600 for cars that are around 71k. What incentives are they giving you? Loyalty? Select?

I qualify for GM Supplier Discount, which helped. They were able to tack on some additional incentives for leases offered by Cadillac, including a $1500 rebate which further brought down the price. It was the most aggressive deal I could find, so I jumped on it.

Dealer said there is $5,000 rebate, plus they will take an additional $3,700 off the car, so if my math is correct that brings the sale price of the car to $37,525, but they gave me a a monthly payment quote of $569.

Can anyone give me an idea of a price I should shoot for?

Ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is - this will be the selling price plus any taxes or fees you are not paying up front.
