Sure. Here's the breakdown. 

F Sport Package, LED fog lamps, navigation system, intuitive Park assist, moonrise, floor trunk mats total Msrp with destination $48,929

Cap cost $38,400. Sell price was $37000. Rest is title, acquisition fee and 1% LFS fee (fee Lexus financial services charges In Texas when taking advantage of the sales tax credits)

12k 36 MO $396 a month with zero down. 



Thanks for the explanation of the LFS fee. We've seen it referenced, but no reasoning behind it.

It's $6500 from Lexus to the dealer for any 2016 RC that they sell, this month.
To calculate a payment, we'd need the selling price and/or CAP cost.

I'd check with the dealer to make sure they can lease a 2016 model, before going through the math.

I am looking at an 2016 rc300 f-sport...Dealer is saying residuals on a 36 month 10k lease is 54% and 12k is 53%.  However the money factor is .0025 and .0026. The money factors seem high and wanted to verify that's correct.  I am in the Minneapolis area.  Thanks for the help!

I agree with the residual.
$6500 dealer cash on this car.

We show the base MF as .00210 for top tier credit. It shouldn't vary because of mileage allowance, either way.
There really isn't any lease support for this car. The $6500 is for lease, cash or finance.

$8000 dealer cash.

15K numbers; add 2% for 12K

.00210 and 45% / 43% / 41%
