when you use edmunds calc it puts in a number of 4xxx, when I do that with the 7500,I get pretty close

Do you have the mf and residual for 24/10k and 30/10k for September?

Also, is the corporate fleet discount applied on top of the other price? One of the dealers seems to indicate that it comes out of their discount and he says he can apply only one of them. I was assuming this is reimbursed by BMW FS to the dealer.

i am specifically looking for 24 months. I normally crunch money factors and residuals but have not done so based on the MSD and not sure if September numbers are out for 16 models

We would need to know the MSRP and adjusted cap cost to calculate a payment.

How many miles per year?

September MF is .00136; .00087 with max MSD

I think he mentioned .66 or .67 because of corporate fleet discount on mf. Msrp is 56000 and he mentioned two thousand off the car on top of what corporate fleet provides in lease cahs i believe 1000 or 1500. In either case they backed out of the deal by saying that car has sold ans wanted me to pay 395...scumbags

Not sure how much 2016 inventory is out there, but it only takes one dealer to make a deal on your terms.

To go from 12K/yr to 15K/yr, subtract 2% from the residual

Balance (with a few other things) $43,257

I remember the MF being .00155 with 65% residual.

Left at $500 down (includes first month) and $405 for the remaining 35 months.

The Texas tax hurts, but there's no way around it.

$405/mo for a $52k car is a decent payment. Congrats, and enjoy your new car.

Hmmm... this is a long shot, but do you know some historical numbers (residual and MF) for the MY2016 i3 at 30m/12k back in Sep 2015, Oct 2015, Nov 2015, Dec 2015, Jan 2016, Feb 2016?

I'm looking to see by history if pulling trigger on the new MY this early is too early?

No, but you can try going back to page 1 of this discussion, and look at the dates.

There's a dealership near me with a really nice leftover 2016 with REx. Does anyone have the Residual and MF numbers for 2016's left over? This would be for a 2016 REx, 36/10. Also 36/12, which I assume is just 1% less residual...
