.00009 MF = $6/mo. in finance charges

If the difference was .00040 to .00090, then that would be a big deal.
But, this isn't. $3 per month.

I still get $294/mo with those numbers. Can't help you with on-line calculators - they often make assumptions we know nothing about. I use a home-built spreadsheet.

I assume the cap cost is the selling price, unless told otherwise. Confirm with the dealer what number they are using, and how they got there from the selling price.
