Thank you. The BMW USA website says there is a $5000 option allowance on this car. How does that calculate into a lease? Just a reduction on cap cost? With no effect on the residual?

Yes.. a CAP cost reduction (which means you'll pay sales tax on it).

There's one left on the lot with msrp of 107k being offered on their website  for 99.5k

seems like the 740e has a great deal on it if you can do euro delivery. Euro invoice is 14% off + the $8500 credit

Can someone share the MF and Residual for 2017 740xi XDrive and 750i - 36 month - 10k/12k?
Also how much are the dealers discounting on both of these models? I'm observing 12-14% off. Should I be pushing for more?

Also - what are the key things to focus on when negotiating a BMW lease? Sell price, MF, residual value, or disposition fee?

Finally, should I put any money down or use MSD's to drive the payment down?

No information on pricing.

Only variables in a lease are the MF (dealer can mark up) and the negotiated price.

MSDs are a better option that straight money down.

I get $1207/mo.+tax.

How much due at signing?

They want 1320/mo with $5864 due at signing (that's for tax, tags, fees)

Sounds like they are marking up the money factor, at least.

That should just about total the $5864.

Add $925 acq.fee to the selling price and I get $1234/mo.

They seem to be about $85/mo. high.. That's a lot.

Ask them for the adjusted CAP cost, and see how that differs from the negotiated price.
If its not there, then they are marking up the money factor.

What fees should I be paying at signing? I'm not putting anything down but would imagine first payment, PA DMV fees, acq fee? Not real comfortable with leasing but I'm thinking this will be the best option if I want to get out of the vehicle in 3 years.

At signing, only make the first payment and DMV fees. Add everything else into the lease payment. Acq fee, dealer fee

And, there is a 3% bump in the sales tax if you lease - total of 9%.
