Hello...my dealer told me that (as of Sept 15) the residual on a 3 year/12,000 mile lease of a 2017 S8 was a mere 46 percent and the MF was over .00200 - is that true? Thanks!

My dealer in TX is offering me on 2017 A8 4.0 with a sticker of $98,800 a 36 months lease 10K miles/yr $0 out of pocket with a monthly payment of $1,206/month. Is that as good as it gets in your opinion?

Thank you. I am still hard pressed to accept the fact that even though the A8 4.0 is a lot less expensive than the S550, it is not that much better to lease.

Audi's tend not to lease as well as a comparable MB or BMW - Audi doesn't inflate their residual like other brands do.

Not included. It's $1179, and yes, it raises the residual by 1%

I am a little bit confused, the sticker gives Executive Package Credit and driver assistance package credit and gives a new total. Now when you calculate the lease do you take that price as the new MSRP or take the original price without the credits as the MSRP?

Generally, you use the bottom number on the window sticker, which is after all MSRP reduction.

A few domestic makes will sometimes use pre-discounted numbers, but that's rare for any other make. I don't have any specific information on Audi.
