Use the knowledge of the lease cash to negotiate your best price. It's a factory to dealer incentive.

Sedan. MSRP 22,015. Vehicle Price 18,500. Then some fees. The $1,150 includes $205 of the first lease payment. Not sure the residual.

I am signing my deal for a 2017 Si sedan for $229 a month, 0 down sign and drive 36 month /12k on Thursday. I think I did pretty good so any feedback on that would be nice. I'm in SC, so $500 max tax
what would I be looking at for a 36 month lease? 12k miles? Little to no money down.

I saw a dealer advertising civic lx's for $138 a month for 27 months at 10k with about $1500 down, although this isn't the trim level Im interested in, the term seems very random, but it makes me curious at what the the ex or ex-l would lease for, for 27months/10k a year

Hi there! My wife surprisingly got a new job today and now we're in the pickle to lease a 2nd car - super fast. I'm from Europe so not very familiar if they handle leasing business here as they do there. We just moved here some weeks ago. Therefor I need some kind of advice what a good quote would be :-)

We're looking for a:
- Civic Sedan EX 2.0 (or 1.5T, depending on the price. So MRSP $ 20-22k)
- College Grad applicable
- Based in Orange County, California
- 12k miles, better 15k miles per year
- Depending on what is best we could put up to $ 5k down.

I already noted some of the quotes here to have something to show them. But I don't know if it's any different here. In the ads there are always additional fees excluded, where I read often times that these are included here. Can I just expect them to include it during negotiation?

We do not recommend a large amount of down payment on a lease, if you can avoid it. Just first payment and CA DMV costs. Add all other fees into the monthly lease payment.

Or, to keep it simple, tell all dealers you are working with to give you a lease quote assuming $1000 due at signing.

Pay attention to how the dealer structures the fees - what is advertised and what happens at the dealer may not be the same thing.
