wow thanks.. looks like the numbers actually got very slightly worse (MF from .00134 to .00140)... i held out for a march delivery in the hopes they would bring some incentives or rebates.. guess not

The math doesn't lie. The only thing that could be different are the numbers you've provided.

At the moment, your quote is better than my calculations.

I agree with the MF and residual value - the only variables are the cap cost.

Skip any term longer than 36 months for BMW - the numbers just don't work out.

MF is the same for all terms; the residual drops way more than the extra months are able to make up for.

$4 off MSRP? That is funny.

I'd suggest you shoot for 5-7% off sticker price.

Regarding up front cash, we only recommend the first months payment and the DMV costs; add all other fees into the cap cost.

We don't have any idea when the numbers for the new model year will be released. Likely to coincide with availability of the cars at the dealer.

And, $1500 off sticker isn't all that great, either. I just answered a question from a guy who is getting 9% off MSRP on an M4 - we suggest you target 7% off sticker.

Hi, thank you! And I am 100% sure the dealer said the mf is 0.005xx. Why did he do that? Is it legal to do that? I'm really pissed off, because I couldn't even get a fair deal. And he lied to me that even bmw employers can not get 5 percent discount

That's a purchase quote, not a lease quote. NY only taxes the sum of the lease payments.

Find another dealer.

We do not have any incentive information for BMW, but others have been reporting incentive cash available.

What do you mean by "Down payment 1234" Is that your total amount due at signing?

Using .00180 MF, I get the same payment.
.00150 MF would drop the payment to $1018.

With the base MF, it's a pretty decent deal.

It's probably first payment and DMV fees.

If you can get them to drop the money factor to .00150, it's a good deal, though still an expensive car.
