Those numbers don't match up.. Are you sure about the MSRP?
Or, the residual? With that actual dollar amount residual, the MSRP would be $76,780.

Is it a demo?

Do you know of August numbers for 36mo 12 k/yr and any potential dealer discounts? Also, do you think it would be beneficial to wait until Sept for better numbers?
Trying to figure out what to ask for on a $74k MSRP 2017. Was thinking $35k total for the 3 yr term would be a good deal. Thoughts?

Looks like a 36/10 lease, given that residual amount.

Base MF is .00152, this month.

I get $878/mo plus tax, so if your tax rate is 5.5%, we're spot on the dealer quote.

I have a local dealership that still has one 2017 M3 in stock that I'd like to lease. The current advertised price is $76,095 and the MSRP is $81,095. I am aware of the $3k lease cash currently available, but it seems like a lot more work can be done on the price before the incentive since we're getting close to 2019 already. Any ideas or guidelines on what I should be shooting for?

We always suggest you start at 7% off MSRP, before incentives.

Two competing schools of thought - 1) it's a year old car, now, or 2) it's an M3

Try 10-12% off sticker, before incentives, and see what the dealer says.
