@Michaell - I noticed a CPO 2017 Q50 3.0T Prem AWD at a local dealer with ~600 miles on it. I believe that Infiniti offers the option to lease a CPO, although typically leasing CPO cars is not advisable given depreciation & expectations for major maintenance. Do you know if MF & residual percentage would be the same for a CPO lease of the same (current) model year? So .00003/51% for 39/10 in this case? Thank you.

You'd have to ask the dealer if it qualifies for the new car program. Otherwise, the lease numbers will be different and probably worse.

Does anyone know the incentives kicking around on these cars this month. Edmunds TMV and Trucar are showing a decent % off MSRP, but I wanted to know if there are any leasing incentives as well. Would help to offset the otherwise wretched residuals

Having been looking at M2 lease rates, so these numbers made me check my glasses.

I just spend a couple of hours looking a Q50 Red Sport RWD.

MSRP of 52,850. I was given a SP of 49K without much negotiation.

36/12 lease terms from the sheet I left with:

base monthly: $542.50
Tax: $46.11
total monthly of $588.61

assumes cash from me of $1,500.01

broken out as:

cap reduction: 319.68

other costs:

advance payments $588.61
upfront: $591.72

I'm in Nor Cal.

thanks very much! the $588 is on a 36/12, but, yeah, nonetheless there's a markup in the MF I assume, which is why I didn't walk out there with a specific MF # despite asking. There might be a bit added in the cap cost, but not enough to explain that delta.

I'm told that MY18 for this car is going to be substantially reworked which explains the awesome lease terms right now.

The prices are set up for a purchase - I don't see an acquisition fee mentioned.

Ask the dealer what the adjusted cap cost is.

And, what lease term are those estimated payments for?

I want to thank everyone here for all the help and information in these forums. Last night I was able to pick up a Q50 3.0t Premium for 330/ month,(FL tax included) 39/15k miles, with 0 down and only first payment due at signing.

It's a good deal.. But, that's not really the NET CAP cost, if the first payment and some other fees come out fo the $1200. Seems weird that they almost lay everything out, but then get a little hinky at the end. No issues with that price, though.
