$4000 is due at signing. 36 months and 10K miles

If you just paid first payment upfront, the payment would be about $360/mo.
That's a pretty good deal for a $37K+ MSRP vehicle.

Looked into an 2017 charger R/T 392 in Texas and they quoted me 36mths, 12/yr, 2000 down, for $579/mth. The cars MSRP is 47930. They have a rebate for 3250 but I dont know if they included that into the price. The site shows the rebate but its unclear if its for finance or lease. Is this a good deal? Thanks!

We show a Daytona 392 or SRT 392, but not an R/T 392, so I'm not sure which model this is, to check the lease numbers.

Either way, you need to know the selling price and/or adjusted CAP cost to check the calculation.

It would be a Daytona 392 if im not mistaken. My mistake, I though daytona was a package in the R/T model. The selling price was 47930 and the sale price is 46704 - 2250 rebate = 44,454. 63% and .00183 mf.

It might be... I'm not familiar with the 10 different configurations, just how they are listed on the document.

Standard MF and 63% residual.
I get $533/mo, without accounting for tax, acquisition fee or CAP reduction. That seems pretty close to their quote.

I believe ttl is another 3100. I thought standard mf was .00200 so when they quoted me .00183 I was believing it was a deal. Thank you though!!

Hi, I am about to finalize the deal with my dodge dealer for 2017 Charger SXT RWD. Leasing it for 36 months and 10K miles. there was a discussion about Gap insurance where the dealer mentioned car is covered completely if totaled. M paying 4K as down payment. Will i get my 4K back or at least the prorated amount if anything worse happens. Is there anything i need to keep in mind related to GAP insurance. also what should i look out for in leasing agreement?

The "standard" money factor varies by model, and seems to change every month. Which makes it anything but standard, but that's another discussion.

GAP is used to cover any shortfall between the payoff and the actual cash value. In the event that the car is worth more than the payoff, GAP won't apply, and you'll have to fight the bank and/or your insurance company to recover any overage. The short answer: You could recover some down payment, but it isn't likely, and that's why we recommend not making a down payment on a lease.

MSRP: $41,170
Negotiated Price: $33,969
(including rebates and affiliate program discounts): 
Sales Tax: 8.875% (NY)
Term/Miles: 36/10k
MF: 0.00013
Residual: 57%
Monthly Payment: $299.19 ($325.74 with tax)

Looking to pay taxes and fees + 1st month's payment upfront ($0 down).

Also, I pulled my scores this morning and there's a 30-40 point difference across all bureaus (one even shows as if I'm still paying my former Audi A4 lease which I turned in January of this year). Any info on the other MF tiers? I'd like to make sure I'm going in well prepared as I'm driving an hour to get this car.

Residual is 56% for 36/10, not 57%.
Did you add in the $595 acquisition fee?
Are you sure all of the rebates are compatible with the lease program?

Tier 2: Add .00021
Tier 3: Add .00060
Lower than that: just forget it.

Dealers may add up to .00042 for extra profit.

It's doubtful that all of those incentives will apply to a lease. Certainly not the "retail bonus cash".

Looking for MF for tier 1 and 2 credit and residual value for 12k/36 months and 12k/39 months on a 2018 Charger Daytona 392 in Arizona. I know the 2017 daytona has been covered here but mine will be one of the first 2018 off the assembly line.
