Dealers usually want the best score or they will say their price was for the best score. They usually mean higher than 720! But I didn't asked them about credit score with this price, but let assume they meant this price for high credit score.
My co-signer mentioned his credit score is between 650 700, even lower but above 600. I know it's not the best to make way for dramatic price drop.

Let's start with a baseline, and work from there.

Using the MSRP and selling prices you've provided, along with the .00001 MF and 58% residual, I get $221/mo. That assumes all taxes and fees are paid up front - if you choose to add them into the lease payment, the payment increases about $28/mo for every $1000.

The only way, at this point, to improve on that payment is to negotiate a lower selling price.

If the MF is higher due to credit issues, the payment will go up. That depends, however, on the score that is used and the amount of the bump to the MF.

So, I don't see a way to get under $200/mo - unless you went in with more up front cash, which we do not recommend.
