    any changes for novemebr 10k/36m? New incentives? Thanks!

    After negotiating with a couple of dealers, this is the best I've been offered

    MSRP 46850 (2017 w/Premium 3)
    Selling Price: 42375 (10% off msrp)
    -7500 federal rebate
    =34875 capitalized cost
    MF: .00123 (i know this is .00020 higher)
    36m/10k
    Drive off is 2101.12, Monthly is 488.12. These numbers are all including tax, fees, etc.

    how is this deal?
    I'm in the Socal area

    Total lease cost including tax for 3 years is $19,185.32.

    .00103 MF and 45% residual.

    I get $422/mo.+tax, with the marked up MF.
    Seems like $2101 should be enough for all fees and first payment.
    Looks about $30/mo. too high.

    I'm being told the prepaid maintenance program is residualized, is this true? (2 year, 20k) $550 of the $650 is residualized.

    The contract says MSRP of $46850 and a residual as $21375. (10k/36m)

    Doing it by hand, it shows 45.6%, so .6% higher than the 45% residual (or is 45.6 the correct one??)

    If correct, then would account for the prepaid maintenance being residualized and bring the cost down to about $350... I just want to make sure the dealer isn't playing me..

    To residualize the maintenance program, add it to the MSRP. ($46,850 + $650).
    Then multiply it by the residual percentage.

    2016 - .00011 and 52% (24/10) or 43% (36/10)
    2017 - .00038 and 52% (24/10) or 43% (36/10)

    Add 1% for 7500 miles

    Yikes. I'm not sure I've seen that low of a residual on a 36 mo. lease in some time.
