Why do you "know for a fact" they've marked up the MF? I don't see it disclosed on the screen shot you've posted.

Salesman mentioned MF was subject to adjust based on credit etc. When i used an auto lease calculator on bankrate, i got different numbers. Could be user error but shouldnt the cap cost be lower than $142k if i’m putting $5k down?

The residual value given is slightly under 53% of MSRP. I wonder if you are up against the MRM, and that is lowering the residual?

But, the Gross CAP is higher than the total of the numbers given. (by approx. $3000) The acquisition fee is missing, and who knows what else they've added.

You need to ask for a specific breakdown of the entire $5000.
