I don't think that is true. It's possible that the 24 month leases just aren't competitive.
I'd check with another dealer.

I know this was asked above but saw you mentioned there were "three zeros before the one" and got a little confused. 0.0001 leads to pretty much no interest at all, 0.001 is like 2.4% per year. Thanks again and appreciate the expertise.

While I'm at it, do you think it's reasonable to ask a dealer for a cap cost of $30,000 minus the $2,000 lease cash, which would put me at a final cap cost of 28,000?

I didn't see any program for 27 month but I'll take it if they have one.
I currently lease an IS 250 that I would have to replace by the end of this month. 27 months is a very good timeline

We don't have the incentives for the Western region, but we show $3000 in other areas.

WA taxes the monthly payment, so ignore the tax amount.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost. That might clear up some of the confusion.

Shouldn't the savings + rebate take the cap cost to $27,500?

My thoughts are the same, the cap cost "should be" 27,500, using the numbers they provide. However, I can't see how they arrive at a monthly payment of $332.64, without involving some different numbers or hidden costs. Regardless, does this payment point sound like a fair deal, based on an MSRP of 34,694? I guess that is the magic question. I just want a good deal....haha

Yeah.. they are mixing up the numbers between purchase and lease. They didn't add in the $700 acquisition fee, but they added in a tax number that isn't correct. There will be some upfront tax on that rebate, but that should only be $380-$400.

Also, your drive-off is $4000. They are covering that with the rebate, but the first payment and acquisition fee are in there somewhere, so there is some CAP reduction, but they haven't given you the actual lease numbers. Just a whole list of numbers that may, or may not apply.

Ask for the adjusted CAP cost, or go in there and have them print up the lease paperwork, and take a good look at it.

If your out of pocket is ZERO, then that looks like a pretty good deal, especially with WA state tax rate.
