Thanks for all your help Michaell! Can I get the numbers/incentives for a 2017 F150 Lariat SuperCrew 4x4 for FL. Really looking for the "sweet spot" in Miles/Months (miles/months are negligible to me as I'll be buying the truck after the lease. Just looking for the lowest beginning payment). Seems online to be 10,500/39 months. Does that seem accurate? Does Ford allow the use of MSDs to buy down the MF? If so, what's the increment decrease and max units? Seems Ford uses %s instead of MF decimals. For integrating into my Lexus spread sheet I've researched to divide the % by 2400, sound right (ex: 3.25% = .001354)? Side question, when leasing a vehicle from another state, are you subject to that states regional incentives/MFs?

Why lease, then buy?

1. You have costs associated with a lease that don't exist if you buy outright (acquisition fee, for one)
2. There are likely bigger and better incentives if you buy outright that don't exist if you lease
3. When you buy it at the end of the lease, you have to pay used car interest rates
4. It rarely makes financial sense to do this - the total cost of the payments may be more than if you simply buy from the get go

That said, 57% and 3.50% for Florida. $1500 lease cash.

Yes, divide the APR by 2400 to get the decimal MF.

No MSD programs available for Ford.

Since Ford has so many regions, I'm not sure what the rules are if you lease from a region different than the one you plan to register the car in.

Does anyone know if you lease out of state, do you get that state's lease rate? I'm willing to travel to a 1.5% APR state, 3.75% here in NC is ridiculous.

Thank you, found out from a dealer in Cleveland that APR follows where the vehicle will be titled. Stuck with a high APR, sucks.

Yes.. with only a 5% spread on residual, but 12 more months, the 36 month lease will be cheaper.

You may not be the first to attempt this, but you're the first to ask about it in the forums.

The residual is national, and 58% for 36/12 on the SuperCrew 4x4.

Ford has many, many different regions, and we don't have them all. I'll share with you the ones we have that match the list you've provided.

MN - 1.50% and $1250 lease cash
TN (good for SC or KY?) - 2.00% and no lease cash
