We don't know how your early termination will work. If they are forgiving lease payments, I highly doubt you'll get any credit for unused miles. How many months do you have left on your current lease?

My lease will end on March 15, 2018. How much will be my monthly on 36/12 with 2K DP? Thank you

So you have 9 payments remaining, and Nissan will cover 6 of them - leaving three to be rolled into the new lease.

The number you need to get from the dealer is the adjusted cap cost - this is the selling price plus any taxes, fees, and the remaining payments that are added into the new lease.

With that information, as well as a full breakdown of the $2000 you are putting up front, we can run the numbers.

So this will only give me a high monthly payment? Maybe I will wait for my lease to end and see what the dealer will offer me. Thank you for your help! :-)

I currently lease a 2014 murano sl and I am paying $410 /mo,  36/12.  My last payment on current lease is in November and I am only at 26K miles.  

The dealer called me around memorial day and told me they could get me out of my lease and into a new 2017 SL lease with nothing down and all fees handled for the same lease rate or lower.   It didn't work out, I started at $379/mo, they never got below 430/mo.

Theyve called me back Thursday and said they ran the numbers and they can put me into a 2017 SV premium package with no fees, nothing down for 379/mo.  Msrp on the car would be just a hair over 39K.  Not sure of sale price, or if they are applying the lease cash or any deals I saw above  Terms would be 36/12. 

Are they presenting me a good deal that I should consider?  Should I push for a lower monthly payment?

I'm not in a rush but do have to make a move by end of November.  In and out with fees waved and nothing down is attractive to me if a real thing.

You might have some room. Nissan's lease specials right now include a $2,525 manufacturer's rebate applied to the lease offer (through NMAC).

Can I please have MF, residual and incentives for 3yr/12k 2017 Murano SL in MA (02446)?

Also a side question: Is there any way to look at the car incentives historically? I assume they follow same patterns almost every year and it would be great to know if it is worth to wait for some car to be cheaper soon(Murano) or to not wait and buy smaller/cheaper car now

Assuming AWD, .00003 and 51%

You can't use past data to predict what will happen in the future.

You should lease what you want/need, when you want/need it.

Hi! Thanks so much for this service. A dealer in Las Vegas is quoting me .00014 money factor for top-tier credit on a 36/12 lease on a Murano SL AWD. Is that right? Everywhere else seems to be .00003. Offering $3000 rebate and $3500 customer cash however. Does that line up with what you're seeing in Nevada for the Murano?

.00003 is the correct, top-tier MF. Dealer can mark it up for a bit of extra profit.

Check with other dealers and see if you get a consistent story. You may have to try dealers in UT or CA, as well, to get the deal you want.
