Thanks. Yes there is acquisition fee of $595 and doc fee, title reg. fee, etc which is due at signing. No down payment. Is this a good deal?

Thanks. Yes there is acquisition fee of $595 and doc fee, title reg. fee, etc which is due at signing. No down payment. Is this a good deal?

Under $200/mo for a $24K car is a good lease payment.

By the way, GMC paid the last three months remaining on my Buick Enclave leased for $440 a month and they added tinted windows and door guards on the new one.

After a bit of back and forth with a few texts and phone calls, and finally going to the dealer after two of them fought over giving us this deal, we got the 2017 Buick Encore (Preferred) LEASE for $201.42 (thats tax in) 12k miles / 39 months. We put down $300 total cash which included first payment. Apparently the dealer used every incentive in the book. There was no trade, we were turning in a Hyundai lease later that afternoon to the dealer we got it from, so we will have to pay the disposition fee in about a month). I'm thinking this was an amazing deal since a couple other dealers and and 2 auto brokers told us we wouldnt get this deal.

I thought so. My daughter is happy as she is a grad student on a strict budget so $200 / mo and as little down as possible was the only way. The only other alternative was another hyundai (not a bad choice either) but this turned out well. thank you

I am new to this so I am very appreciative of any and all assistance. I am in Florida and looking at Premium, 39 month, 10k miles, with an MSRP of $32,280. They are giving me $4,075 off in cap reduction and adding a $690 Doc Fee to the cap cost. The base payment they are quoting me is $312.39 and $334.26 (after taxes). It shows a purchase option price of $18,076 and $495.00 Disposition Fee.

I welcome any comments as I have been playing with these numbers for a few hours.

You don't reference the bank acquisition fee - ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, and how they arrived at that number from the discounted selling price.

$690 doc fee? Ouch - but, welcome to Florida.
