MSRP $44,450
Adjusted Price (Discount $2204 + Rebate $1330) $40,916
Doc Fee $80
Tax $3227
Non Tax Fee $424
Net Price $44,648

$1000 Down, $565 a month.
MF is .001150
Residual is $25,781
Cap cost is $41,883.

Im new to this and the numbers don't jive with the calculator.

No.. California taxes the monthly payment. Their tax number is irrelevant.

anyone have lease rates for 2017 Audio Q5 Premium Plus 2.0 TFSI (nav, camera, tech package)?
Also is there a good place to research what the actual dealer invoice for the car is in my area (Los Angeles). The lease rates I'm getting so far seem reasonable but I refuse to work down from a random MSRP number... I'd rather work up from what the dealer paid.

So far the best lease quote I have is:
MSRP: $46,450
Negotiated Price (w/ all incentives etc..): $42,950
Down Payment/Due at signing: $3000
Residual: 58%
APR (MF): 2.8% / 0.00117
Monthly Payment w/ tax: $476

For Audi, 6% off sticker, before incentives, is a good target.

The $3k is total money down, cost reduction + acquisition fee etc...

How much is cap reduction? We advise against that - money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled.

Cap reduction is about $2k.
We can do $1k and increase the monthly payments a bit.

Thanks for the info. Big help! I don't see the $1250 bonus cash on Audi website or Edmunds under incentives. Just see - 2017 Q5 $750* New Owner Acquisition Offer. Also, my inital request was for AWD, does everything still hold true?

The Q5 only comes AWD.

Can't help you with Audi's website. The $1250 is a different program than the $750.

$1250 lease cash

Illinois changed the tax laws on leasing a couple years ago. You now only pay sales tax on the sum of the lease payments.
