Wish I knew. They were all about the monthly payment game. I left for the night. If I go back, I’ll be looking at the lease info better. Figured someone might be able to back out the numbers. 

I know they were using a competitive owner rebate and Uber driver discount. There was mention of some kind of dealer flex coupons as well.

If I add the $1300 to the CAP cost, I get $477/mo+tax, which is pretty close.
But, it looks like the money factor is marked up.
With the .00014 base MF, the payment drops to $432/mo.+tax.

MF is marked up due to credit tiers. I have high credit utilization right now (Thank you Hurricane Irma). Tax is 6.5%, so looks like it’s a fair deal.

How does the residual change for a demo car that has some miles on it? Say I'm getting a 2017 with 10K miles and on a 36/12 lease I can drive it up to 46K miles (36K miles during lease + 10K miles current). Is the residual calculation a bit less? Is it a certain % per 1K miles? Is there a certain number of miles for which it doesn't get it (say it's a demo car w/ 5K miles, no change in residual, but above 5K miles residual drops by 0.25% for every 1K miles, etc.)?

Yes, there will be an adjustment to the residual, but we don't know the formula for Genesis. Check with your dealer, but likely some cost per mile.

What about 36/12 numbers for AWD 3.8 and 5.0?

Numbers don't change based on the location or package, right? Ultimate package in New York for a 3.8 AWD would have the same MF and residual as Option 1 package in Texas for a 3.8 AWD, right?

Got a 36/10 lease on the 2017 3.8 AWD G80 with an MSRP of $44,905 for $1500 down and first payment due at signing. $352.75/month.
It's new but has about 5000 miles on it as a loaner.
They had more incentives available that helped.
