  • I would like advice on these numbers for a 2017 Santa Fe sport ultimate:

    36 mo./ 12k mi lease:

    2,000 down
    699 dealer document processing fee
    $467/mo
    Residual: 48%
    MNF: .00066

is this a good deal? Thanks

I show .00025 MF for FWD or .00012 MF for AWD
48% residual is correct for either one.
What do you get for the $699? ;)

To calculate the payment, we'd need to know the MSRP, selling price and/or CAP cost, and state and tax rate.

My comment about the $699 was a joke. You don't get anything for it. ;)

With those numbers, I get $447/mo.+tax, assuming all other costs are paid upfront.

Assuming it's FWD, the money factor markup is adding about $20/mo.

That seems like a hefty monthly payment for this vehicle.
