My comment about the $699 was a joke. You don't get anything for it.
With those numbers, I get $447/mo.+tax, assuming all other costs are paid upfront.
Assuming it's FWD, the money factor markup is adding about $20/mo.
That seems like a hefty monthly payment for this vehicle.
