2017 Santa Fe Sport Lease Question

Interested in MF and Residual numbers for a 2017 Santa Fe Sport Ultimate package, in Cook County IL. 36 month lease 12,000/15,000.

    I would like advice on these numbers for a 2017 Santa Fe sport ultimate:

    36 mo./ 12k mi lease:

    2,000 down
    699 dealer document processing fee
    $467/mo
    Residual: 48%
    MNF: .00066

    is this a good deal? Thanks

    My comment about the $699 was a joke. You don't get anything for it. ;)

    With those numbers, I get $447/mo.+tax, assuming all other costs are paid upfront.

    Assuming it's FWD, the money factor markup is adding about $20/mo.

    That seems like a hefty monthly payment for this vehicle.
