Also what is a reasonable discount off MSRP? Would like to order from the dealership and was thinking 4-5% off MSRP was reasonable.

The high MF offsets the high residual. These are fairly expensive to lease, due to those numbers and the popularity of the vehicles - not much discounting from sticker.

The numbers we have say they are national. But, anything is possible for Hawaii, I guess.

No incentives that we know of, other than that very high residual. The Colorado is very popular.
