Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 2017 lease question

Hi can I please get mf and residual on a 39/12k lease for a 2017 jeep grand cherokee 4x4 Overland in NY?

I got quoted MSRP: 49,385
MF: .00114
54% Residual
795 Bank fee

0 down payment but about 3k in taxes and fees
39months @ 497/month

Is this a decent deal?

.00040 MF and 53% residual for 39/12.

Need the sale price and/or adjusted CAP cost to check the payment calculations.
If they are asking for $3000 upfront, need to ask for an itemization. That's a lot of money.

.00040 MF and 53% residual for 39/12. Need the sale price and/or adjusted CAP cost to check the payment calculations. If they are asking for $3000 upfront, need to ask for an itemization. That's a lot of money.

The picture I attached above shows a down payment of 6578,im not sure why. I think they did some funny business with rebates and incentives to bring it down to 3000.

They will also pay the last month of my previous lease (infiniti)  of 430.

The 497 /month price they quoted me was significantly less than other dealers I've been to. But that doesn't necessarily mean it's a good deal I suppose.

Looks like this is not a Chrysler Capital lease.
Acquisition fee is too high for CC and the residual is not right, either.
Also, MF is too high.

On the plus side, CC leases don't come with $6250 in rebates, either.

They don't give the adjusted CAP cost, or show the full tax (just the tax on CAP reduction), or DMV fees, etc, etc..

Nothing on your sheet mentions a dealer discount from MSRP, either.

It might be a good deal, but it's hard to know without those other numbers.

Rebates: $6,250

Price after dealer discount and rebates: $42,059

$3,000 of the following due at signing:
Taxes: $2,385
Acquisition Fee: $795
DMV fees to transfer plates: $275
First month: $497

Let me know if that makes sense

$1000 doesn't seem like a very big discount from MSRP. Seems like that might leave them a little more room to discount.

That's really helpful! I think we are more or less in the ballpark, they would also be making my last lease payment of 430 and throwing in a couple free oil changes. I might be able to squeeze out another couple dollars per month it sounds like but it's also not a rip off either from what I gather.

I was curious about lease rate numbers for a high mileage lease , something like 24 months/18k year. Overland 4x4 v6. My gut tells me no good but thought I'd check. Thanks

We don't have the rates for leases over 15K/yr.
Generally, you pay for the extra miles at a rate of $0.10-$0.25 per mile (taken as a residual reduction)

Also, it's rare for a 24 month lease from Chrysler Capital to be cost-effective compared to 36 months.

We don't have 2018 numbers, this month
2017:
Limited: .00002 MF and 49% residual
Overland: .00014 MF and 49% residual

10,000 miles is the lowest allowance offered by Chrysler Capital

Standard MF and 48% / 47%

Might be better to go with a 2018, at this point.

thanks! how do the incentives look on 2017 vs 2018? do you know what current MF and RS are on the same model for 2018? BTW...i currently have a lease on a grand cherokee, but they did it through ally bank and not chrysler cap. do you only have chrysler cap #s? perhaps that is how they got me an 8k/yr lease last time around.

We do not have any incentive information.

2018 numbers are much better than the 2017 numbers.

We only have Chrysler Capital numbers.
