You're right actually, I was looking at the 2016s on dealer website. Do you have any insight into when the 2017s may come out?

Was told in a dealership in Los Angeles that the 2017 should be out sometime between March and May.

We haven't seen any 2017 CX-5 lease numbers, yet.

The 2016.5 has been out for a few months now. There is a new CX-5 coming, though I suspect it will be a 2018 model year.

Thanks! Looks like the MF is fairly high for the 2017 CX-5 due to the need to get 2016.5s off the lot. Looking at Residual of 61% and MF of .00145 for 2017 CX-5 GT AWD.

Just fyi...Edmunds and TrueCar now list pricing for the 2017s, but the Mazda site does not.  They only list the 2017 CX-5 as a future vehicle without pricing.

Yikes, .00145 MF for a Mazda, probably should wait a couple months when lots are full of them and the 2016.5 is long gone and this comes down to something more reasonable. 

They have arrived on lots in Southern California, dealers offering ~500 to 700 off MSRP, better than I though a this time period.

Since they just hit the lots, the price can only get better over the next few months.

What's the real MF in California for FWD or AWD GT, 36 months, 12k and 15k? Any loyalty cash? What's the max they can mark up their MF?

Much appreciated. Looks like people will be able to get killer deals on the 2016.5 if they choose, local dealers here have 100+ on the lots still.

Dealers are permitted to markup the money factor by as much as .00050.
I'll let you do the math.
