wanted to find out what the current MF and residual would be for the month of January on an IS 300 or IS 300 F Sport. 36 months 10K or 12K per year. Also what % discount should I expect off a Lexus.

I'd try for lower than that.

Interested in numbers for IS300 AWD 36/10 in NYC.
Also, do I subtract the 1500 lease cash from the negotiated price? Say I negotiate car down to 39,000, do I subtract an additional 1500 so final capitalized cost is 37,500?

Negotiate your best price, then subtract the incentive.

It appears to be $2443.82 due at signing, but I'm assuming the $249 + $180 + $542 are maybe also due at signing.

Hi Michaell, could you help me with lease numbers for 2017 IS 300 AWD F sport? In Illinois. I was hoping for 36 months, 10k miles. Best quote I received was 39 months, 10k miles, with MSRP $47,190, sale price after all rebates about $38,500, RV 51%, MF .0001, $417.80 per month with $700 due @ signing. Does it appear I'm missing anything? They also offered $436 with $0 due @ signing for the same 39/10. Would the 36 month term have a higher residual and enough impact on monthly price? Thank you for your help!!
