You should get the number of miles you think you'll need. More expensive to pay for them at the end of the lease.

1% difference between 12,000 miles and 10,000 miles. For a $64K MSRP, that's $640, or about $18/mo

I just reviewed the entire document - nothing that indicates that there is a special 39 month program for the C-class. We have, in the past, seen specials where the 36 month residual can be used for 39 months, but nothing this month.

I'd have you confirm with the dealer if this is an MBFS-sourced lease.

No guidance on pricing - use the 'make / model / year' pull downs at the top of the page to link to the price tools.

I've managed to talk my dealer into a 6% discount on whatever MSRP my order comes to.. My build comes to $62,575 - with discount that's $58,820.

Given $2000 paid on the way out the door, for fees, first month, etc., what should my lease payment be for 42 months at 15k miles per year?

I'm in Texas with a state sales tax of 6.25%.

Also, is there such a thing as customer ownership training charge $40?

Assuming your $2000 pays for everything but tax:

$710/mo.+tax = $802/mo. (Texas taxes the full selling price)

Well, since you are on Edmunds, I'll say Edmunds.

If you are negotiating a price at invoice +/- a certain amount, then you are at the mercy of the dealer, regarding the invoice price. It's better to make your offer in real US dollars. No guessing, that way.

No idea about the training charge. Seems like a lot of work to make something like that up, over $40.

C43 AMG Coupe $810/mo (incl. tax) for 36/15 lease, drive off fees ~$2300. MSRP $64390. I have no idea what the selling price , or MF was used but I'm ok with this deal. I'm curious though. Can the selling price be calculated? I live in MI.

OTD is a term used for a purchase, not a lease.

Ask them for the adjusted cap cost - that will cut through the garbage, and also show the dealer you are a serious customer, as you know the lingo.
