What is the current MF and RV in Los Angeles on a 2017 IS 200t Turbo 36/10. Base model. MSRP 39,425. I have been quoted 23,655 as RV (60%). MF is .00060.
I have gotten several quotes, but only one has given me both MF and RV--they quoted 339/month but they did a cap cost redux of 660, which I told them not to--so they said add about 18/month. So about $357 nothing down. Just the drive off costs: doc: 80; License/Title: 354; tire/battery fee: 8.75; Acquisition: 700; Tax: 210. Also discounted the MSRP by: 4,725. And then the rebate of $1750. So net cap is 33,642 (you'd add back in the 660 though, to get 34,302).
But the numbers they ran were 311/month plus 27.28 monthly tax to get 339.09. So with the additional ~18/month, 357. The lowest quote I got with nothing down but drive off was $342/month (again, that dealership hasn't given me MF or RV).
Can you let me know if these seem like good deals and also what the MF and RV are right now in LA?

Residual is correct - dealer cannot alter these - and the MF we have show higher numbers. We don't have the western region data, so I've got no reason to disbelieve the .00060 rate you've been quoted.
$357/mo (with or without tax?) is a pretty good payment on a $38K car.
We'd suggest rolling in the acquisition fee into the payment as well - limit your out of pocket costs to just the first payment and DMV costs.
I have a new offer actually. It's on their 43,419 MSRP (the 2017 IS Turbo w navigation).
RV is 60%. MF is .00060. 36/10. Los Angeles.
The discount on MSRP is something like 7,500k (don't have it in front of me--but it definitely takes the car into the 35k range), and then the 1750 rebate.
Price is $355/month, including tax. Drive off costs only: 1st months payment ($355), and DMV costs ($385). Everything else is rolled in. No cap cost reduction.

Is that a good deal?
On the surface $355/mo on a $43K car is good.
But, need to know the actual cap cost to know for sure.
Hi there. Looking for May numbers: residual, MF, and any incentives available on an IS200t in South Florida 36/39 month at 15k miles. Thanks in advance. Also, does Lexus do anything like Audi where they inflate the residual if you pre-purchase maintenance?

"Attached are both lease menu's for the 2017 IS200t Fsport stk# 91937 msrp 45,828 and the vehicle spec sheet for your review.
*menu #1
12k mile lease, 1k total out of pocket from you, + the 2,750 lease cash from Lexus =3,750 total cash down, monthly payment is 412.31 including LA tax for 36 months
*menu #2
12k mile lease, 1k total out of pocket from you, + the 2,750 lease cash from Lexus, +750 conquest cash (must qualify for this incentive by having a non Lexus vehicle registered at your home address)
=4,500 total cash down, monthly payment is 390.48/mo including LA tax for 36 months"
If you look at your Glendale, your "Drive off" or down payment is $3,328.26 or $2,621.78 on the other menu.
My drive off is only $978. So in all I am giving you a much better deal than all the pricing you've received so far."
The attached files and top quote in bold is the Glendale offer. The bottom quote is a counteroffer from another dealer. what do you think? I just want to make sure the numbers make sense on the sheets attached and the offers I'm getting

Those are nice complete quotes. Take the mileage allowance you actually need.
How do these deals look?
