Car Buying Advice - Lexus RX350 vs. Infiniti QX60 Lease

Hi I am looking to lease for my wife either a Lexus RX350 or an Infiniti QX60. Here are the numbers I have: The Lexus MSRP 60,638 approx. negotiated price 56,500 3years/10K miles no money down other than required fees and the Infinit is MSRP 58,970 negotiated price 53,000 39monts/10K miles no money down other than fees. I live in NY. What would the lease payments on these 2 deals (assuming I gave you enough information) be and if I did, do you think they are reasonable or should I be negotiating more. Also if you could show me the basic calculation it would be great. Thanks, in advance.

I Don't know it. From what I was reading on the site I thought the Moderators provided the money factor

Did they not quote a payment along with those numbers?
Did they give you an actual amount due at signing? "Required Fees" can hide a lot of extras, if you don't know exactly what the number might be.
What is your local tax rate?

The told me the residual on the Lexus was 62% MF was .00111 $0 down but $3900 due at signing for tax and bank fees quoted $709 Tax rate is .08625

$3900 is a lot of up front cash, even for NY where the taxes are collected up front.

Get a detailed breakdown of that number.

62% is the correct residual for 36/10, but the base MF is .00080. Dealer may be marking that up for extra profit.
