I think it looks great, but I have just jumped into market. Can you share where you got that deal?
  • mahrislamahrisla Member Posts: 1
    horrible deal!!!

I am in So. California & I just picked up my 2009 ML350 for $2000 total out the door and $573 a month including tax!!!! 33 months and 10k miles

It has the P1 package, front heated seats and running boards.

If you call around different dealers and speak to their internet/fleet departments you shuold be able to get a similar deal...
  • goldi73goldi73 Member Posts: 9
Thx. Wow - you really did a great job. Can you share the name of dealer? Also, any sense of difference between 2008 and 2009? If 2009 is in the lot, then they should want to get rid of 2008s.

    any thoughts?

I have the following offer, how good do you folks think this is?

    2009 ML350 white /cashmere
    P1 package
    $1,902.07 drive off
    15k miles
    $552. plus tax.
  • verbowverbow Member Posts: 11
I'm in Chicago and the rates were just as bad - .00395, or 9.48%. MBUSA wants to sell these "year old" vehicles, not lease them. Amazingly, the residual value was inflated - 56%.

    Hi everyone,

I am in New York, looking for a good deal in leasing a 2009 ML350 with
    P1 Package
    Heating Package
    Aluminum Running Board
Color Pewter Metallic exterior and black interior
33 Months, 15K Miles per year, with no money down. Would like to pay only the 1st month and bank fee when picking up the vehicle.

I heared September MF is 0.00145 and residual value for 15k is 54%. Is that right?

I am trying to keep it in low $600s includes tax if it's possible.

Please let me know which dealer I should use.

    Thanks very much
  • suv800suv800 Member Posts: 41
    Hi shayna007,

It sounds pretty fair. If you can get it with the heating package will be perfect.

btw, which state are you in?

Can you tell me your dealer's name?

    Thanks

Any good dealership around NJ? Looking to lease a 2009 ML350

    Thanks :P
  • softwaregurusoftwareguru Member Posts: 6
Im in NJ. Looking for an ML350

Im waiting to hear back from my cousin who is also looking to get the same vehicle.

He is telling me that out of pocket expense will be 1100$ and monthly payments are 570 including/tax. (has to do with getting the employee discount)

Im not sure of the package, though it has the tv monitors in the headrests for the back.

can anyone lend some assistance? I need to get my wife a car before she runs me over!!!

    Thanks!

    Martin

where did you get this offer? I was at a local dealer and he says that price is below even employee pricing. Do you have the purchase price, residual, and money factor they used?
  • goldi73goldi73 Member Posts: 9
    andy,
I think some people put fake prices in here. Here is what i got and I know it was good for 2 reasons: 1) a lot of research 2) i contacted 5 dealers with the offer and 3 did not even get back to me.

    2009 ML350, P1, running boards
    total drive off + down - $2500
    monthly - $600
  • shayna007shayna007 Member Posts: 9
Hi there. Sorry for not replying earlier. My post and prices were not fake. I was getting ready to go to the dealer based on my quote (in writing), and then the dealer called and starting BS'ing that the car wasn't available, and they couldn't find another...and none expected for MONTHS!

I called her on her BS story and filed a BBB report, as well as contacted their corporate offices. She folded and told me to come by right away and she would go with the original offer. However, my wife and I still have our 2 leased cars (due in Dec & January) and we decided to hold off on leasing another car until our leases were officially over.

I am in Southern California, but I can't give out the dealer info since I am still "involved" with the BBB and their BSing. Once all is resolved, I will definitely let you know which dealership this was.

Basically, they screwed up and offered me this price. I checked with several dealers as well, and they all said it was a mistake so jump on it. i just didn't want to have 3 leased cars.
  • andy5220andy5220 Member Posts: 3
how many miles per year was that for and did it include tax?
  • goldi73goldi73 Member Posts: 9
Sorry - was in a bit of a rush.

    P1
    Running boards
    gross cap cost 44,800
    10k/33 mo
$2500 includes drive off plus down
    $554 + tax
  • kostiakostia Member Posts: 3
    A friend just picked up
    P1
    Running boards and roof boards
    10k/33 mo
$2500 includes drive off plus down
    $525 including tax in MA

He picked it up in NY/NJ not sure where, ezlease or something like that. I am wondering how the hell is this possible? Is it really possible to have so much off when advertised specials are not even close to these prices?

I was just offered the following deal on a 2008 ML 320 CDI
    MSRP $51,220
    P1 Package
    Heated front seats
    I Pod integration
    Trailer hitch
Total due at delivery $679 (Ist month payment plus $90).
Monthly payment of $589 tax inlcuded ($552 plus tax)
    39 months
    15,000 miles per year
I am in Ohio and this seems like a great deal. Is it?
Thanks for any feed back. I have to decide very soon.
  • dhamiltondhamilton Member Posts: 878
It's a skinny deal, good for you. Make sure you give your salesperson the highest marks possible on the survey you will get from Mercedes.
  • hollydoghollydog Member Posts: 17
Thanks! The sales person could not have been nicer. The color is black on black, which is my wife's first choice. So a great deal, a wonderful suv and even our first choice of color.
  • shawn757shawn757 Member Posts: 204
I heard from 2 DEALERS today that MBUSA is going to increase the MSRP on all cars and SUVS by 5% starting October. Invoice will also be increased by 5% as well. They said this is due to the $ going down due to the economy. Has anyone heard this? Since 2 dealers are saying this I figured this is true.

For folks in NJ/NY looking for good deals: I got mine from a dealership called Contemporary in Little Silver (Monmouth). I thought they wouldn't compete with highway stores but once there, my salesperson (named Joe) was awesome. He went over everything and explained so much to me that it made the whole process actually enjoyable instead of how those guys up in Edison and Freehold treat you like a mill.
They bend over backwards to accomodate you (at least my salesperson did). More than fair. Bring your best deal and check with them b/c from what I could tell, as long as you are there, they will meet or beat and seem to have much better service. One of my tires was a little bit deflated and I called Joe and he took care of everything immediately for me. I can't say enough about the experience. I leased in April-08 Black/Black ML350-P1/Running/554/33mo/10K
  • asa2asa2 Member Posts: 23
RE: prices going up. Actually they just gave the dealers more money back according to my dealer. I want another ML once my other Range Rover is up but my rep said if things keep going the way they are, they will still do what they need to do to move the cars.
  • asa2asa2 Member Posts: 23
sounds great to me! where are you located? Is it a DEPP or MVP deal?
  • asa2asa2 Member Posts: 23
My understanding is in this economy MB Corporate is giving each dealership a limited amount of DEPP numbers they can give to the client in slow months. (only a few I think but am not really sure) It just depends on whether or not they have already used them up--that's probably what happened.
  • hollydoghollydog Member Posts: 17
What is a DEPP number? I was told by my dealership that they were given the OK for an Ambassador lease which was how they got the deal for me. My 2008 ML 320CDI stickers at $52,200. Cap cost used for the lease is $40,400. Out of pocket only 1st month plus $90. 39 month lease, $589/month (tax included), 15,000 miles per year. Just signed on September 27th.
    Seems like a good deal.
  • hollydoghollydog Member Posts: 17
My mistake. The sticker was $51,200.
  • byumbyum Member Posts: 13
About to go sign this deal tomorrow.

    2009 ML350
    P2, Lighting, Heated Front Seats

    MSRP: 54895
    Selling Price: 48250

    33 Month Lease
    3,000 drive off

$650/month including tax ($599 before tax)
  • asa2asa2 Member Posts: 23
DEPP is like an employee deal which is very aggressive. (better than a triple net) Ambassador may be what the dealership called it. Whoever said they were raising prices was right. I just talked to my guy and as crazy as it sounds, they have raised the prices this month. Nuts! I guess they figure Benz owners can afford it or whatever but it still seems to go against the grain.
  • asa2asa2 Member Posts: 23
That sounds like a good deal byum. Does that include metallic paint as well?
  • elenaschwartz1elenaschwartz1 Member Posts: 14
Asa, you did not say how much you put down-was it an 08 or 09?
  • elenaschwartz1elenaschwartz1 Member Posts: 14
wow, just realized time on this forum must be west coast. Anyone up yet on east coast? I am told the price went up on 09 ML this month by dealership in NJ. Deal is way different than what they said last month. I'm not comfortable with it an am wondering if it's true? Has anyone else heard anything about it? Can they really have raised prices NOW? Seems weird. I am calling other dealerships to find out today.
  • goldi73goldi73 Member Posts: 9
I think you could get them to come down by $500 on the drive off. Otherwise it is a great deal.
  • goldi73goldi73 Member Posts: 9
Looks like a very good deal. I got this deal in CA"

    P1
    Running boards
    gross cap cost 44,800
    10k/33 mo
$2500 includes drive off plus down
    $554 + tax
  • dhamiltondhamilton Member Posts: 878
verify if there is still $2000.00 lease cash on 09 ML320 CDI's?

Also, I need money factor and residual for 36 months, 15k a year for Texas.

    Thanks carman.

Uh, one more thing. Does it make sense to try and lease an 08 still or have residuals fallen to far for it to make sense?
  • bglickmanbglickman Member Posts: 7
I've worked two dealers very hard, and I'm wondering if this deal (best so far) should be beat before I sign:

    Iridium Silver paint

    33 months
    10k miles/year

    $0 down
    $668.00/mo

    Thanks for your response.

do you mind giving me your selling price, and residual?
  • crazyfurbycrazyfurby Member Posts: 9
Hello, I am negotiating a lease on 2009 ML350 with P1. I have a control number for MVP Employee Vehicle Plan. All dealers a spoke with charge different amounts for acquisition and documentation fees. Some even charge advertising fee. If you recently leased an ML, could you please share your "Dealer" fees? Other fees such as taxes, registration, tire, gas guzzler and others are beyond dealer control and are not subject to negotiation. Many thanks in advance.

    Hi nyc6035,

There are some great deals to be had on the 2009 ML350. A friend of mine leased a 2009 last month with the Premium 1 Package and Heated Front Seats for $599/month with inception fees (first month's payment, bank fee, NJ motor vehicle fees, dealer doc fee, etc) and taxes due at signing for 33 months with 12k miles per year.
