    I got a quote back but it seems high... 

               2018 XLT 4dr  2.7 a302.  On a 36 month lease with 10,500 miles per year and zero down the payments including tax are $523. The residual is $26,064.50 and the rate is 2.22%.

    What is the MSRP?

    You picked the truck with the worst lease program.
    You'd be better off with a Lariat or an XLT 4X4

    We haven't seen any supported lease programs for regular cab F-150s.

    If you want to lease, you'll need to move up to a Super Cab or Super Crew.
    4X4s have better numbers than 4X2.
    Super Crew are better than Super Cab.

    Does this seem like a great deal?

    I didn’t have any pco unfortunately. I couldn’t find any. 
    Not really sure how they got the payments down so low.  but ended up being $374 month 10.5k, only first payment due at signing.

    Done, ended up bumping down to 10,500 miles a year at $374 month, only first payment due at signing. The truck is awesome

    What cab style?
    Subtract 1% to go from 10K to 12K
    Subtract 3% to go from 10K to 15K
