    I just wanted to confirm some #s from a dealer for 2018 XE 2WD 25t.

    Term: 39m/12k

    Was told the following:

    MF: 0.00063
    Residual: 51%

    Is the MF base rate? Residual correct?

    MSRP: $40755
    Sale Price: $33377
    Located in FL

    $0 down. Just the usually due at signing stuff.

    Quote from dealer $436/month. My calculation is $382. Is my calculation incorrect?

    25t Premium or 25t R-Sport have a base MF of .00013, so the dealer is marking up the MF on you.

    The residual is fixed by the bank and the dealer cannot alter it.

    Your calculations are correct; would be $356/mo plus tax with base MF.

    However, dealer may be using an adjusted cap cost, rather than the selling price, in their lease quote. Get that number from them, and a full accounting of how they got to that number from the selling price. Could be legit, could be junk.

    Hi. Looking for numbers on 2 former demos. Both 2018. One is XE 25t-R sport; the other is XE-S. Looking for MF, Residual, and any lease incentives for 10K and 12K mile leases.

    Also interested in the target off original MSRP I should aim for prior to incentives since these are former demos? Thanks!!

    The 7% off guidance is for BMW only; we have no guidance on Jaguar pricing, new or demo/loaner
