    SX AWD - .00224 and 68%; $2920 lease cash

    Lease cash shows as a cap reduction on the paperwork.

    Hi, looking at Sportage EX in FL. 36/12 term. Was given a MF of .00208, residual at 59% and lease cash of $2,530. Just want to confirm this sounds right.

    This is based off a MSRP of $29030, though dont have cap cost yet. Trying to determine where the wiggle room is for negotiating the best possible monthly cost.

    Came out to following for EX with tech
    - $31,930 MSRP
    - $26,178 adjusted cap cost (after $3126 trade-in and $2530 lease cash),
    - $18,953 Residual value
    - Monthly Cost: $294.56+tax (inceptions all covered from the $3126 trade-in value)

    Not sure if considered a decent deal or not.
