Hello, can you give me residual and MF for 2018 kia sportage EX with tech and premium package for Elmhurst IL 60126. 36months at 10,000 miles year. FWD only. Any incentives as well would be appreciated.

thats a higher MF than i would have thought.

My numbers for EX Tech & premium FWD are as follow

MSRP $32,300
minus $4430 incentives
residual =$17,442

32,300- 4430=$27,870 - $17,442= $10,428 divided by 36 months =$289
Rent charge ($27,870 + $10428) = $38,298 X MF of .00199= $76

Tax IL county of 7%, ($289 + $76)= $365 X tax of .07= $390 monthly payment.

is that about right?

What about a negotiated discount? You aren't paying MSRP, are you?

I was assuming worst case scenario.  It’s a 2018 so it’s already a year old.  I figured $3,000 off msrp before incentives was appropriate.  Lease of around $350 for 36 months, nothing down

Your rent charge calculation is wrong.
It's (adjusted CAP + residual) X MF

No lease programs for any 2018 Sportage. The 2019's have been out long enough that the inventory of the 2018's has been depleted enough that Kia stopped support on them.
