That's to encourage customers to lease the remaining 2017 inventory. Once the '17's are gone, you might see the '18 residuals creep up. No guarantees, however.

They must have added the 2018's Chargers this weekend. I put my zip 92020 and $2,250 Lease Cash and MF/APR 0.00004 / 0.096%

Probably not a mistake, majority of the time the MF/APR and Lease Rebates are different for every trim. It's like $20-40 more to lease a 2017 SRT Charger this month than the 2017 Scat Packs;even with the $4,250 Rebates on the Scat Packs and only $1,000 of Conquest Rebate on the SRT.

No mid-month updates; we still show standard MF for the Daytona 392; .00004 for the "regular" Daytona

MF is the same, residual is different.

So far as we can tell, the residual values are national.

Even if they were different, you wouldn't be able to cherry pick the best numbers by driving to, say, NM from NJ. You have to use the program numbers based on where the car is registered.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost they use to get the $644/mo payment.

And, is the sale price the same for both the Chrysler and the US Bank lease?

Dont know how your taxes work but I'm looking at 2017 hellcats in that range, there is definitely room to move if not I would at least explore the 17 hellcats,  just a friendly tip, you could even try the 17 392s which still have good programs and better dealer discounts.

Any confirmation on the 2018 Daytona 392 MF and Residuals? The website is still showing $346/mo for 36 months. Feel like that's a deal that's too good to pass up. Not sure if it has a required down payment or what it is.

Weird. When I get to the page after building the car it shows the downpayment at 10% (not exactly small) but the payment is still only $372 a month.

This is the breakdown they give:
Lease:
Monthly Payment: 372
MSRP: 44995
Added Options: 2890
Destination: 1095
Down Payment: 4898
Terms: 36
Percentage Rate(APR): .408%
Lease Cash: 2,250
Estimated Capitalized Costs: 41,832

I didn't see these when I asked the question, they didn't come up for the Florida Zip Code I originally used (though the $346/mo payment did).

When I back out the options I get the $346/mo that's advertised.

Not sure what the deal is.

Leasing isn't for everyone - life has a way of throwing curves at you, and all of a sudden you are driving a lot more miles than you signed up for.

As long as you go in with your eyes open, it can work.
