Not true. You can negotiate a discount off MSRP, even if you lease.

The residual is based off of MSRP, but that's it.

The Fit has either $800 or $1550 of incentives, that are valid with a lease.

with the small discount they are giving off sticker, and the fact that they have $1550 in dealer incentives and their holdback of 2%, they end up making a very large profit on this car when they choose to keep it all. I wonder is that what I should expect is the $200 discount and thats it?

You should expect better than that, given the available incentive.
