Wow. Current 2018 residual is lower than 2017 residual just posted which was at 56%. Thanks for the numbers.

Yep - it's to encourage shoppers to make a deal on a 2017, and clear out remaining inventory.

Do you expect cadillac to offer any incentives on the 2018 ATS 3.6 AWD for Nov/Dec programs? Does GM usually get somewhat aggressive like BMW etc at year end?

Right now for the 2018 ATS what is the best Term 27/36 and 10K MF? Is GM still offering the $750 GM loyalty credit? I am looking to order an ATS for Dec delivery and not really pleased with the current rates and residuals. Thanks.

36/10: .00001 MF and 47% residual

No info on rebates/incentives.
Absolutely no idea on where their rates are headed.

Yes, sedan. GM is going to have to come up with some better incentives to pull people in because I ran the lease and its not that good.

Is that right 36 month residual on the 3.6 is 47% for 10K? 47% seems very low for 10k. Does the 2.0 have better residuals?

Engine type does not affect the numbers.

Yes, 47% for 36/10 - not great residuals.

Since 2017 ats-v lease support is over - can you quote mf and residual for 2018 ats-v sedan - 36 at 10k. Thanks in advance. Could not close a deal on the 2017 I was looking at.

In New York.  Any sense of what I can reasonably expect to get off of MSRP?   Anything else to watch out for?  Any fees dealers charge that they shouldn’t or they charge too much for?   Any help would be appreciated.  Much thanks in advance.
