Not sure why they showed the 39 month terms on the first document.

They haven't broken down the numbers for a lease.
The numbers in the 2nd document clearly show that it's for a purchase.
The tax number is too high for a lease, and no mention of the acquisition fee.
Are you in the city of Chicago?

To calculate the lease, you need the adjusted CAP cost.
Selling price
+ acquisition fee
- incentives/rebates

And, ask them for the MF/APR and residual used.

I have a current ATS lease that ends in 3 mos but can end early with no penalty. I timed the lease end in order to coincide with 2019 models coming out. However the ATS Sedan is discontinued for 2019 so I will have to go with a 2018. I'm trying to decide whether to switch now or wait a few months. Do lease rates normally get worse as the model year winds down? Or is that something that can't really be predicted.
