Could you please provide me with the current  MF,  Residual and any rebates for Sept on the  3.8 RWD trim. I'm looking at 12k and 15k miles at 36 months (unless there is a better deal with 39).

I have been told the base MF is 0.00076 and that there is only a $750 incentive.

Dealer can mark up the MF

We don't have the numbers for the Midwest, so the lease cash may very well be $750 there.

No dealer will bother marking up the rate by .00003. And, even if they do, that's a difference of $2/mo.

With those prices, I get $$687/mo, tax included.

Ask the dealer what adjusted cap cost they used for their price quote, and what was added to the selling price to get there.

My current lease is coming to an end in 2 months. It is a 2015 Genesis 3.8L RWD with Tech package. The MSRP was $51K and I got it leased for $430 per month with zero down. I cannot decide what to do now, to keep it or return it after the lease ends. I only have 16K miles on it but if I can get a new one for around same payment I prefer to lease a new one. Please help me with your expert opinion.

Do you like your current car? What is the buyout price, compared to buying a similar vehicle on the open market? It's possible the residual was inflated to get that low lease payment.

Plus, you'll get 3 years of technological improvements if you lease a new one. Doubt you can get one for the same price, however.
