Hi. Can you post residual value and money factor plus Chevy incentives for Suburban LT in 06824 at 36/12?

Does “lease cash” mean $ off sale price?  So $4,250 (customer incentive) + $1000 (lease cash) = $5,250 off (from the manufacturer)?

Not sure if the $1000 is a dealer or customer incentive..

But, yes, customer incentives are rebates that reduce the CAP cost, from the negotiated sale price.

I ask because the incentives you quote are different from what I gave you.

What payment did the dealer quote?

With the MF and residual I supplied, and the MSRP and adjusted CAP from you, I get $551/mo, which I would say is a decent payment

I agree with 5.56% APR (for what good that does you) and a residual value of just over $32K

The 39 month payment I calculate at $548/mo - same MF, but 2% less on RV.

We don't follow pricing; Edmunds TMV would be a good place to get an average, which you should try to beat.

That said, those tools may include purchase-only incentives, so be aware.
