Discount -$3032
Costco Price $31263

I know I can get better pricing. I assume the "discount" is the pre-arranged costco discount and the "rebate" is something that I may or may not qualify for. Does the "Lease Cash" stack with other rebates / discounts? I get that this is up to them, but trying to figure out how to approach this.

The lease cash is a factory to dealer incentive, so the true discount is less than $200. Counter with a price you feel is appropriate, then subtract the incentives.
